Refund & Shipping Policy
Style Sew Me strives to provide high-quality service and products for our customers.
We will honor an exchange should our customer be shipped an incorrect order. The item that was shipped in error, will be replaced with the correct item at no cost. We will provide a return label at no charge to the customer to return the item that was erroneously shipped.
All sewing patterns are multi-sized, meaning they come in a group of sizes for your convenience. Please verify you have purchased the correct size as we do not offer a replacement should you accidentally choose incorrectly. You would need to repurchase the correct size as there is no way for us to recall r deactivate downloads.
Shipping Issues and Refunds
Once a package has left our office, it is the postal carrier's responsibility to delivery packages safely and securely. Style Sew Me ships only to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Due to the volume of orders, we do not individually verify address and rely on customers to provide a complete and accurate address.
Should you need to update your shipping address, you may email us at Orders@StyleSewMe.com PRIOR to your order shipping. Once it has shipped, you will have to work with your postal carrier to retrieve your package. If your package is undeliverable for any reason, we will refund the order, minus shipping fees, once it has been received to our studio.
Any delays, mis-deliveries, missing, and/or damaged packages must be disputed between yourself (Customer) and the postal carrier.
